Refunds

Please note that we do not provide refunds for services already rendered unless in the event of an error or technical issue which was not addressed by the service provider or due to service provider deliverables falling short of what was agreed upon. We reserve the right to offer a refund in our sole discretion. Should a refund be granted, it will be credited to the original credit card or form of payment and it can take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear.

Cancellations

We want you to be completely satisfied with our digital services and and our products. If you wish to cancel your service, you must notify us in writing at least 7 days prior to cancellation of your service.

A cancellation payment equal to 25% of the total cost of the remaining term of your service will be charged upon your cancellation request.
